Dr. Guangyao Zhao joined our center as an Assistant Research Fellow in 2024. His research interests primarily focus on hybrid dynamic models (mechanistic & data-driven models) for wastewater treatment. He is dedicated to contributing to the integration of artificial intelligence & big data into conventional wastewater treatment technologies. He received his B. S. degree in Environmental Engineering from Henan Polytechnic University, M. S. degree, and Ph. D. degree in Environmental Engineering from Ibaraki University, Japan. To date, he has published 6 SCI papers.
