Welcome four professors share their perspectives on the cutting-edge techniques in Environmental Science and Engineering

Prof. Hong Liu invited four outstanding early-career scholars to present their recent findings on the cutting-edge technique in the Environmental Science and Engineering. They are Prof. Qiang Yang from East China University of Science and Technology; Prof. Zhiwei Wang from Tongji University; Prof. Bo Lai from Sichuan University; and Prof. Xuxiang Zhang from Nanjing University.
During the workshop, Prof. Hong Liu introduced the definition of green technique for wastewater treatment. Prof. Qiang Yang demonstrated their technique to separate the bubble in the oil dribble in a gradient way, which was applied in the exploitation of offshore hydrocarbon resource. Prof. Zhiwei Wang shared some developments in membrane technology for wastewater treatment. Besides, Prof. Bo Lai introduced their instrument designs in the Fe-based advanced oxidation for wastewater treatment from chemical industry. Finally, Prof. Xuxiang Zhang shared his perspective in hazardous risk assessment in wastewater treatment.
